I will wait for fresh news before updating lineup... they better be good.

Nice GDT, so Price is confirmed in net? Game is less than 24 hours and we also lost an hour due to DST.

I've been kind of worried about Carey recently.

I've never had much confidence in him so I'm bias but maybe it's the killer defense that has made him look good this year... I was pissed at him after the second period last night.

Line-up Update

Therrien has decided that Brandon Prust's arm will play the fourth line left wing over Ryan White.

I watched the Jets/Panthers game the other night. The Panthers may be a bad team but they put out 110% effort. Habs better not take them lightly.

Need this win today. Bruins will have 4 games in hand. It will at least force them to keep winning. Rather them need 4 pts in 4 games to take the lead than 2 pts in 4.

Well Stastny did say that the worst team can beat the best team in the NHL after their win over Chicago, so MTL better not take them lightly.

They took the Islanders lightly just like all the fans did.

Only difference is the Panthers aren't as deadly as the Islanders. However, last game (it was theodore, though) we didn't score until overtime.

No. MT is only speaking to the media at 3 PM and there's no morning skate, so nothing is confirmed lineup wise.

Bet on Budaj being in. This is the end of a crazy stretch of 6 games in 9 days.

Plus we're starting a more relax stretch. The logical move would be to have Budaj in net today to have Price for the next two weeks.

To put it in perspective, go check out the league standings on nhl.com.

Now sort by goal differential. Florida is as bad as Chicago is good. Let that sink in for a moment

Montreal tends to play up/down to their opponents though. Well, more so last year than this season, but we often play down to weaker opponents.

Too many boring losses in Florida are still etched in my memory to think this is an easy game.

Last time we played, they came REALLY close to winning it from us, but AGally and Bourque put an end to that.

Feels like we'll lose this one. I mean, they should be due for a win...

Reasons why we lose the game :

1) Brandon Prust is injured
2) 2nd game in 2 nights
3) We're 31-34-6 against them

Wow, that D looks slow as hell!

Except Campbell, and to a lesser extent Gudbranson, those guys are not exactly known to be speedsters. Yonkman, Kuba, Strachan and Robak make for a really big D, but I have no doubt our forwards will exploit that tonight! Weaver and Kulikov both being out should really expose their slow d-men.
