The reward list is here:

2 red C tickets (value 280$) for 25,000 points is a reward payout of 1.12%. 2 Platinum level seats ($556 for 70,000) is even lower at 0.8%.

Kind of crappy since you can easily get no-fee cards give you 1% cash back on all purchases, some more, and some up to 3-5% on certain types purchases.

MBNA Smartcash used to be good, 3% on gas/groceries, 1% on everything else, easy to get the card & no annual fee. They lowered it to 2% now, so it's kinda meh IMO. But, you do get 5% on gas/groceries for the first 6 months, and I believe it comes with extended warranty for purchases and a few other things, so overall, it's not bad.
