Trade Pacioretty and two 2nds to the Islanders for the 11th + 12th OV. Islanders need a ggood goal scorer to play with Barzal and to fill a bit of Tavares production, who’s going to leave.

Then use your two firsts to draft down ; or draft 2 good players.

Looks good, doesn't he?

I don't know if looking good is the right word.

We're gonna have our own version of man-bear-pig.

My friend actually DOES work for the Habs (and I can provide irrefutable proof to the mods if needed).

They don't tell the staff anything unless it's need to know (as in, it's your job). And trust me, in his position it would be very helpful for him to know stuff in advance. He will know things at most 30 minutes before the public.
He mentions a draft board.....it could be that his friend walked by the war room, door was open and she saw the name of Zadina at the top......doesn’t necessarily mean he’s the #1 pick, it could be that they put down 3 names at the top and are contemplating who to pick, I don’t think bergy went up to her and said this is what ho we’re picking.

That LA story sounds interesting, A Pacioretty and an early second for Vilardi and their first would make me very happy!!

It’s just funny that all of this Kotkaniemi to the Habs has been gaining crazy steam and then the shill Lavoie randomly shares that Tkachuk had dinner with the team, like he didn’t know before. Clearly they had him put it out there because they hate when things are obvious.

Lol trading him before that monster contract kicks in. We have to take an awful contract in return or retain if we want any sort of value.

Islanders have lots of picks and desperately need a goalie. Not sure Lou wants a 10.5M goalie though. If he does, maybe 11th, 12th and Bellows? Montreal adds a 2nd and takes back a bad contract? Maybe Ladd.
Greiss and one of Clutterbuck or Ladd would have to be part of the trade. Maybe we retain a million or less.

2018 11th and 12th overall.

Trade Weber to Toronto for a 2019 1st and +
Trade Pacioretty for a 2019 1st and +

We will have 3 1st in 2018 and 3 1st in 2019.

I have a freaking feeling that they will draft the 9 goals scorer Tkachuk just cause he has grit and is a big bad guy.
An other playmaker to go with ZERO goals scorer.

I'm so done with this team if that's the case.
