WWE controls that history of Moolah, who despite everything that assuredly sent her to hell, is not as mainstream and thus not nearly as known as what happened with Chyna.

I am assuming its because Moolah's history is still a lot more hidden and they can avoid it more than Chyna's. Not saying I agree with it.

Plus, she did a couple of porno's, who cares really?

Bro. They don't want kids to Google Chyna and get porn results! Or...so they say.

They have Paige on every week and we know what would happen if you Googled her.

(I'm not saying Paige having her private stuff stolen is the same to Chyna starring in actual porn. I'm just poking holes in the idea that Chyna not being Google friendly factors in)

Large corporations are weird. The way they somehow form their policies and conclusions can be baffling.

The 3 biggest matches at mania are being built via worked shoot, and none of the storylines actually make sense.

1. Ronda was surprised that the HHH and Stephanie characters were not nice people

2. Cena is calling Taker selfish because he is old and has bad hips

3. Roman Reigns is criticizing somebody else for getting special treatment from Vince (??!?!!???!???)

I just realized that I am away for work the night of WM. I might watch on an ipad, but man I doubt I will be watching it this year. Normally I would be sad, but I think I am going to be alright.

Hell, they still have Mickie James on the active roster.

I know Sheamus has been dealing with injuries but you really think he's that close to retirement?

Pretty sure he was diagnosed with the same spinal issue Edge has... So I'm honestly surprised they've let him keep going at all.

I get the gist of what you’re saying but Cena called Taker selfish because he moans and hides when things don’t go his way (like a WM win).

I admit I was tuning that segment out at that point. I wish they had just skipped the "will Cena earn a spot at Mania?" storyline and started with this promo. It was total filler and is meaningless now that Cena is going to get a match at mania by simply calling Taker out.

As much as it would have been more filler, I think it would have been really funny if they cut Cena's mic and suspended him for "doing something he shouldn't be doing" like he alluded to

Something else I just thought of, Alexa body shaming somebody isn't just a bad booking decision but also a bad business decision.

Pretty well known that Alexa allegedly nearly died from an eating disorder, so not only is it not believable that she would body shame somebody else, but it's also pretty stupid if you ever plan on turning her babyface and using her as a spokeswoman for those issues.

WWE would argue that that's thinking way too in depth and it's not an issue, and I'd counter that treating your fans like morons is the reason their audience has shrunk as much as it has.

The word floating around is that Sheamus has some serious neck issues, along the lines of the same condition that ended Edge's career.

I thought the whole "Piggy James" angle a few years ago was disgraceful even by WWE's low standards. This has the potential to be worse, because since Nia has zero charisma, the fans aren't going to get behind her. I honestly think Alexa will get most of the cheers during their match. I guess it's a good thing that she only called her "big" and not a worse size-related insult that fans could start chanting.

Not only was it tasteless, but the whole "we have no idea the camera is on" presentation of it was idiotic. Even worse than Coach not being able to tell the difference between Rhyno and Bo Dallas.

Honestly... From the back I also mistook him as Rhyno for a minute.

The long black hair and a black singlet made it really difficult. I didn't catch it until I read, "Dallas" on the singlet... And the fact that Bo isn't built like a friggin' bowling ball.

He does, but I believe it was Meltzer who said that because they found it early enough they can work on some treatment to allow him to continue to work. He's going to retire earlier than he may have because of the injury, but he can still work. I don't get the sense Wrestlemania is the end for him.

Tammy is in the HOF. Mickie James will be in the HOF.

I mentioned this earlier in the thread. I basically wondered how it looks to do this angle during women's history month.

Problem is you don’t see any wrestling blog really calling WWE on their shit with this Moolah stuff.

It is why nothing changes.

When you got people just ignoring that, and saying how excited they are now for Jax/Bliss, and well there you go.

Doesn’t help a good chunk of the remaining fan base are just sheep.

I actually don't have much an issue with it except I think Alexa is the wrong person to do it with for reasons cited above.

The problem is they've constantly been flip-flopping for years as to whether they're trying to be perceived as entertainment or reality. So to do something like that with Alexa is stupid. Five years from now I can see her doing some type of promotion regarding eating disorders and it'd be very easy to take pot-shots at the legitimacy just by citing this angle.

They'll think you're too dumb to remember that. Look at how they still present Warrior and Moolah
