Nothing really new, although I picked up on Modano wanting to playing the WC's in April is there's no season. If there's no NHL season at least we could have another World Cup calibre tournament.

Modano can go thank Goodenow, Saskin, Linden and his teammate Guerin, they are the main culprits why we don't have hockey.

They wasted 6 months before admitting they can live with the cap, had they said that in september we would be watching NHL hockey right now.

Well, Mikey is on The Score right now, doesn't sound too pissed off one way or anyother. He said that he heard that the league has come off their 42.5mil cap, and the PA off their 49mil cap, but he really doesn't know for sure what is going on. Must be fun to be a player, the guy you're paying to ensure your future is keeping you completely in the dark about what is happening. Even a guy like Jay Mckee, a team rep, talked to Gooedenow the night the cap was proposed, and he wasn't told anything about it.
