I know it won't happy but i was wondering if some fans would be able to help me do a Mock Expansion draft. Alls you have to do is just 1 player per team that would realistically be picked in a expansion draft. Each Team is in this draft

Depending on how many players would be protected (I'll pick 14+2) the Oilers list would likely be:

G-Roloson, Markkanen
D-Jason Smith, Steve Staios, Matt Greene, MA Bergeron
C-Shawn Horcoff, Jarret Stoll, Marty Reasoner
L-Ryan Smyth, Ethan Moreau, Raffi Torres, Patrick Thoresen
R-Ales Hemsky, Joffrey Lupul, Fernando Pisani

UFA: Tjarnqvist, Sykora
Ineligible: Smid, Jacques

EXPOSED:
D Jan Hejda
RW Brad Winchester
RW Alexei Mikhnov*

*I gave an asterisk to Mikhnov because I'm not sure if he'd be eligible. He was a 2000 draft but he just signed his first NHL contract. IF he was eligible for the draft then he would definitely be the player to take, if not then Winchester.

Brad Winchester is exactly the player-type who has traditionally been selected. Hanging around the NHL but not established, and yet he's young enough to help a team until their drafting is deep enough to send him back to the minors.

There isn't any rounds really all you have to do is pick 1 player that would be avail from that team realistically for a expansion team to pick for example

Toronto - Wade Belak
LA - Yannick Lehoux

etc
