- 10 GMs are needed to start......(4 Spots left)
- draft 24 players (2 goaltenders, 6 defensemen, 12 forwards, and 2 (FA) Free agents)(basicaly make a regular roster)
- Players available being drafted between 1983 and 2004, with everyone can draft only one player per draft (so you can't have Forsberg and Lindros in a same team for example)
- no matter of the order, you can draft any player in the first round, but I mark the available draft years for everyone
- Additionally every GM drafts two players who have signed as a free agent within the years of 1983-2004 (a player never drafted)
- Players are drafted by their total career, so you can draft players already retired.
- Players drafted twice can be drafted only in the latter date in which he was drafted.
- Team name can't be any of the current NHL, AHL, OHL, QMJHL or WHL teams or former NHL team (no restriction about the cities though)
- draft order in rounds will be 1-10-2-9-3-8-4-7-5-6
all this means is if you draft 1st overall your next pick will be 20th ovearall (or last pick in the 2nd round) your 3rd pick will be 22nd overall (or 2nd pick in the 3rd round) ect......
