Usman and Masvidal going back and forth about who turned down the fight to step in at UFC 249. Let's see...who do I believe? The two-faced half respectful martial artist half shit talking tough guy or the guy who got his start with bare knuckle fights on the streets of Miami?
Last-minute fight, and I doubt these guys have been training with everything going on. Questionable travel surrounding this event and a chance to lose and miss out on a big payday later. I don't know if I would be down either.
UFC would need to back up the brinks truck if I were in Masvidal’s shoes. I’m talking 10+ mill. Usman is bigger, it’s short notice, and the training situation wouldn’t be good
