Nashville debuts their MLS team tonight. Last I saw, they've sold 55,000+ tickets for the home opener at Nissan Stadium.

I guess now we have three major league teams. But I hate soccer. I'd rather have an MLB team here.

I hope King John Henry and Queen Linda had a lovely flight back to Fort Myers

Liverpool is FSG's cash cow now.

A part of me really wants to see them blow their 20 point gap to Manchester City or Leicester City just out of spite for John Henry, even though I really like Liverpool.

Revs' home opener is this afternoon at 1:30 against Chicago.

No, I won't be there. The coldest I've ever been in my life was at a Revolution home opener a few years ago that was played at night.

Pretty disappointing to come away with just one point in two games you had a lead. Same old Revs defending.

It was more the finishing than the defending.

Tajon Buchanan and Justin Rennicks both managed to miss the net in consecutive weeks, and each time, it would have been easier to score than miss.

Sure, I watch the Prem all the time on weekend mornings, but I remember watching(and taping, when VCR's were in their infancy) "Soccer Made In Germany" on Vermont public TV, every Saturday at 5 p.m. Rummenigge, Schumacher, Magath, the Forster brothers, I got to know players and clubs pretty well.

Good news for Kraft: Revs attendance is only about 8K per game down from this point last season.
