If you're a pro athlete, or even just a young prospect, you need to make sure you don't seek media training just for yourself but for your closest family members, too. Few posts by the wife on social media and his career and reputation are in jeopardy.

The Fromm case, on the other hand, is a reminder that unless you are 100 % sure no-one's recording or that there's not going to be a physical or digital copy of what you said or wrote, you have to assume it's going to go public, even if it's a private message to someone close to you. There's always a chance your phone/account is hacked, you fall out with the person or he/she sells you out and leaks the message to media.

So many of these PR controversies athletes find themselves in, could be avoided by just grown ass people being a bit more careful.
