White Sox blow yet another late inning game against the Royals. How does Alpo Ventura still have a job?

Was trying to hold off on the Robin Ventura hate but yeah they're sliding fast and regressing to the mean. I thought they were never really that good and their only good pitcher was Sale (argument can be made for Rondon too but that's still only 2 pitchers out of 5)

They had one good year with Ventura, 2 bad years, and then they overachieved this year and got people excited. The fact is this team was never really that good.
