And I was talking about Rask & Bjugstad.
Rau I really don't care about. If Evason wants to scratch Sturm to try and light a fire under him...so be it.

I agree with that idea. But, one game is enough to send that message. If a player doesn't get the message after sitting for 1 game, he's not going to get it after 2 or more. At that point all you're really doing is playing the inferior player for no reason.

    Sorry...but says you.
You arent the coach. Could also be Evason thought Rau played well enough to warrant another crack. Either way...I'm sure as hell not losing sleep over whether or not Sturm is in the lineup.

I'd say day to day, he could be ready for tonight's game.

The Wild have decided not to share details about a player's injury, fair enough because it's a private matter.

Nice to see Rask away from kaprizov.I bet Zucc will go back to that line but as the games wind down the opposing Defence will be knocking him down more and more so Greenway is a better option but with Kap is the only place Zucc will look effective. So it’s not a great situation.

    rau, sturm Byugstsd Johnson?
Is there a difference? Hopefully they can check but they all seem incapable of any real offensive pressure.

If Ek could win some face offs would be nice.
PP needs greenway or ek in front of net. Kap will create magic on the outside drawing players to him and passing off.

It’s really nice having two goalies with .920 or higher sv percentage and average less than 2.4 goals against per game.

Zucc with Fiala should workout and allow the greenway - ek - Kap line to be effective as you could see vs Vegas those two sure cleared up some space for Kap to work some magic. Just need a proper center between Fiala and zucc.

He uses that same joke every single time he is forced to mention the Wild, hope he finally gets some new material for us like other teams get but not holding my breath.

I kind of wished he wore #67 like he did in development camp.

    Wasn't that Pouliot’s number? I’d stay away.

Ah, now we find out the REAL reason Staal couldn't stay

Side note, tickets to the baby Wild right now are dirt cheap (using the Boldy code for Saturday's game, they range from $4 to 28), and Des Moines is only a 3 hour drive from Minneapolis. I might be going to see them live.

Bill Guerin on "The Chirp" just said something I agree with. Says that Kaprizov is the most Dynamic player the organization has ever had. Says Gaborik is the other guy that's there, but he was more straight line speed where Kaprizov does it all over the ice. Conversation starts at 37 minutes. Kirill talk intensifies around 53 minutes.

Simply because Kap is a better puck handler, though and through.

So, is Boldy out of the quarantine yet? Anyone know? I'm guessing he's not practicing or playing in Iowa yet.

He is set to debut tomorrow in Iowa, so I hope he's pretty much done quarantining.

Forgot to ask this as well. I remember seeing Khusnutdinov's shoulder getting hurt pretty bad a few months ago. Anyone heard an update on how his rehab is going?

Iowa actually shared a video of him playing a 3v3 during their practice.

He only needed to quarantine for 3 days because he came out of recent frequent testing. They just wanted to verify testing in-house.

As noted in the post above, yes... he is practicing with them already.

Beckman is in Spokane, unless you mean they are about to tear it up separately.

Yeah separately. Both should be driving forces of their teams.

With Parise being relegated to 4th line and his ice time cut dramatically (and being vocal with his unhappiness), I'm wondering if its more likely that he'll waive his NMC with the hope that Seattle does select him and give him a more prominent role.
