It's because he hasn't played a game yet. Same reason why Robson isn't listed either
I see the baby Wild are off to a 5-0-1 start...
Iowa Wild beat the Admirals 1-0 tonight, Mayhew with the lone goal. Bitten and Dumont with the apples. Kahkonen with the 33 save shutout is now 6-0-0.
Iowa still atop the Central at 7-1-1.
They play on the road vs the Rockford Icehogs tomorrow night... back to back, so likely Robson with the start I'd assume.
I always traded him for a 5th round pick in NHL games lol

Mayhew and Menell selected to play in the AHL All Star game.
Mayhew leads the AHL with 21 goals in 29 games (T1 in fewer games). Impressive.
What's more impressive is that the next leading scorer in Iowa is Anas with 9. LOL Mayhew almost has 3 times as many goals as the next guy. What a mess.
Ana's is point per game and just got the ahl layer of the week. What a mess
Not exactly a mess, but the goal scoring numbers are kind of hilarious:
It's less stark when you look at the teams to either side of them in the standings though.
Mayhew's just an animal.
Yeah my theory is Mayhew is hogging all the goals. Leads the league in that category
Are Wild players allowed to lead the league in goals?
Only in the AHL !
Still find the fact that Brown has played that many games distasteful.
Agreed, but him playing a small role in the AHL has allowed me to almost forget about him, which is a plus.
Even if the young player who takes his spot puts up the same numbers, at least he is getting experience.
Mayhew now has 30 goals and 47 points in 38 games. Pretty good, i must say.
And again today. Mayhew with 2 goals and a 4 point day.
Anas #1 and Mayhew #2 now.
Wild need to bring Kahkonen up again. The sooner the better.
Iowa Wild General Manager Tom Kurvers announced today the American Hockey League (AHL) club has reassigned forwards Kyle Bauman and Mitch McLain and defenseman Matt Register to the Allen Americans of the ECHL.
