I was just wondering if we, as a league, will implement the minimum payroll threshold like in the new CBA? I know that the current NHL Bruins does not have enough money to make this target.

Once we get the league back up and running, we will evaluate which parts of the CBA we can impliment realtively easily.
Keep in mind the minimum team average rating is still required.
IMO, if a team can somehow meet this requirement and ice a competitive team with a low payroll, all the power to the them, but that might just be me.
