Nothing deal, although Olofsson has played some in the NHL. How did he do for the Wild last year?

Another weird move by the king of Bargain bin moves. The team needs some NHL defensive help not another borderline guy that is being sent to the AHL.

Never been high on Bitten personally, I see him as a dime a dozen diminutive small/fast bottom 6er. I don't mind the trade at all, but I haven't followed Olofsson since his draft year.

Happy with this as a Wild fan, originally thought Olofsson had potential but took some big steps back the past two years. Even when healthy, I thought he made some really poor decisions that showed he was not NHL quality. Still has time to turn it around but he wasn't going to get that chance with the Wild, Seeler jumped him out of nowhere on the depth chart and plays a much better game.

I've always like Ollofsson and think he can play in the NHL. But for better or worse, he's not what BB wants from his third pair.

Olofsson got buried, similar to Mike Reilly.

Both have bottom-6 potential.
