He's an undersized starter who hasn't left rookie ball yet. So, this is pretty much market value for a guy like Garcia on the last year of his deal.

Throwing in Recker and cash is a boon for the Twins.

Yeah I think he'll be a bullpen guy but his pitches are interesting it seems like.

Meh... happy to get something I guess. LOL at Recker and cash a boon. Braves wanted a roster spot. And the cash sent was just 100K. Braves just wanted the 5 mil.

The kid's ERA as gone up each year. That's not good. Just turned 19, though. There's time.
