Except Parise might be the least liked guy in the locker room
Nah... The hot take is above... And something I'd like you to prove.Hot take

Brodin, Oates, Yeo, Koivu. Of course, you're smart enough to understand the words "might be". Correct?Nah... The hot take is above... And something I'd like you to prove.
So... Certain people may have had a problem...nothing that has been proven that I recall... And you go with that.Brodin, Oates, Yeo, Koivu. Of course, you're smart enough to understand the words "might be". Correct?
It's ridiculous to say that Parise might not be the most liked guy in the locker room because he has a tendancy to piss teammates off? Yeah, that makes sense.So... Certain people may have had a problem...nothing that has been proven that I recall... And you go with that.
And yes... I know might be... It's still a ridiculous statement to make without proof.
You've never gotten into an argument with a friend or family member before? It's ridiculous to say that Parise might not be the most liked guy in the locker room because he has a tendancy to piss teammates off? Yeah, that makes sense.
I don't remember Brodin... Or Oates for that matter. When did he piss off Koivu? Honestly don't remember.
Then how are you even in the conversation? Educate yourselfI don't remember Brodin... Or Oates for that matter.
I can argue a premise without needing to remember specific incidents... As I did above. Then how are you even in the conversation? Educate yourself

Well yeah I remember Oates coming in and that pissing off Yeo. I don't remember Parise pissing off Oates though.Brodin was during the Johansen trade rumors. Oates was the PP thing that he and Suter did, but that against Yeo.
How is the captaincy a popularity contest? Answer the question. Are you serious?

Sure. You know who Parise reminds me of? Jonathan Toews. I’d bet money certain players on the Blackhawks don’t like him cause he’s on the player’s asses all the damn time.Well, it's probably not a good idea to name an unpopular player as captain.
That was so...cheap.I don't see him ever retiring then. He just doesn't seem like the type of guy that ever tears up.
Granny's been captain for Finnish national team. He's a good guy for that.Granny as captain? … maybe … I'm seeing Dumba is a strong candidate in a year or two.
With the way Bergeron is playing it will be a tall task thoughHe has definitely been worth his contract so far this season. As silly as this sentence is, if he keeps scoring like he is, he may win the Selke finally!

No, I won't, and you can't make me!How is the captaincy a popularity contest? Answer the question.
Koivu is the one who looks silly, playing like a teenager out there! Have some dignity and act your age!Koivu with 4+12=16 in 18 games. I know it's still early in the season, but the people in this thread who were ready slit their own wrists over Koivu's decline and the remaining cap hit (5,5 mil with 1½ years remaining) are starting to look mighty silly.
