Losing Tirico really sucks but ESPN's NFL coverage is still getting better. Looks like both Carter and Lewis are gone as well.

He just never really did much for me on Countdown and that whole "fall guy" stuff really turned me off towards him.

In any case, I find myself watching NFL Network's pre-game more & more these days to begin with.

ESPN just threw together like 10 or 20 individuals on a set and thought people would watch. Countdown is one of the most crammed NFL shows in history.

They need to significantly cut down on the talent there.

I don't even get up for pregame anymore. Wake up at 12:50 in time to start my lunch.

ESPN is getting rid of a lot of people. I almost think they are in some financial crisis but I never understood why a pregame show needed like 10 people.

Dude got into some trouble when he was young and dumb but then got his act together. But he didn't like/wasn't nice to the media (ironic now that he's in the media) so they pushed the narrative that he was a bad guy.
