He's fine. Just needs more starts, you know.
Haven't seen anything from his game tonight, but as of before this game, Smith, Jake Allen and Cam Ward are the only goalies that I have who have hit double digit stoppable goals already this year. I had Smith and Ward down for 10 before tonight. Allen down for 11. I'll have to get back to you on this one later, when all the games end and I do my review.
He’s honestly causing me to lose my goalie stats week after week in fantasy hockey. I’m honestly about to drop him for Olaf Kolzig.
So his performance tonight was good enough for you to say this thread is really bad? How many does he have to let in before this thread would qualify then?Man if you make a thread this bad, scratch that, two threads this bad on the main board on the same day you should be post-muted for like, a month, minimum.
This is an embarassing ass thread. Uninstall.
The Flames defense corps has two rookies on it. I actually think the Flames are more of an offensive team than a defensive team.Yet another good goalie being sacrificed by Calgary’s grossly overrated defense.
Took a look at it, along with the other games around the league.Smith is good for 2-3 tonight
Me too. I also have Rinne so it's been a tough couple weeks but at least Rinne is back. I picked up Halak as well and fortunately benched Smith last night. Debating dropping Smith for good though and picking up a second backupHe’s honestly causing me to lose my goalie stats week after week in fantasy hockey. I’m honestly about to drop him for Olaf Kolzig.
Wonder if Calgary regrets not obtaining MAF a couple years ago....
So uhh.. he had an 875 against Anaheim, so it's an improvement!
In fairness, the Flames probably would have killed Fleury's stats as well. It's what they do.Wonder if Calgary regrets not obtaining MAF a couple years ago....
