The NHL Players' Association has filed a grievance on behalf of Mike Richards against the Los Angeles Kings, contesting the termination of his contract.

Yeah but the Richards thread has evolved over the years since it first popped up. The Kovalchuk thread was one off-season's worth of crazy town.

The last two seasons of watching Richards play hockey would clearly fall into comedy. And the last month or so is simply a tragedy.
