Yes, very memorable face, but I too didn't recognize the name.
I'd say I remember him most as Ira Gaines on 24.
I'm actually most familiar with him from the The Amazing Spider-Man films starring Andrew Garfield.
He played The Gentleman, a shadowy figure that appears during the mid-credits scene of the first film and the ending of the second film.
For months, it was speculated after the first film's release that the character was Norman Osborn. I recognize the name from those debates.
I didn't realize it was he who accidentally shot Brandon Lee.
