Biased but I think the Metro title goes to Pitt this year, Washington is going to be hung over. Only the caps, pens, and rangers have won the division since its inception, with the caps winning the division title (with pens 2nd) the last 3 seasons.

Caps have won it pretty easily for the past 3 years so I don't see that changing. Don't subscribe to the cup hangover at all.

Washington is better now then they were last year and Holtby had the worst year of his career last year and the Caps still won the division. I think they repeat with more points than last year.

Every time the Pens have won the Cup in the Crosby/Malkin era, they finished 2nd in the Metro. So hopefully they don't finish first this upcoming season.
