I highly doubt it's going to be possible to walk alongside them. I expect a total ****show and I don't really know what to expect beyond that. I haven't decided if I want to try to find a spot along the parade route or at the rally point but I guess I'll figure it out tomorrow or on Tuesday morning on the metro ride down there.

yea once you find a spot its gonna be impossible to move again til the parade is over. theres gonna be wayyy too many people and not enough moving room

IMO Moving along with the parade will only happen if they open up the road behind them. There will be too many fans along the route in your way.

I still want to know how many were at the viewing party. Indoors was at ~90% capacity. Outdoors I would guess was close to 15K. I am surprised we haven't heard an official best guess from Metro.

Will be there and will go early.

Went to kettler on Saturday to buy merch and it was a mob scene.

As for walking WITH the parade, depends on security really and how many people show up. IMO, it'll be tough to stop us from getting what we want. haha

Coming in this morning, bike rack along the curb line already set up on both the north and south sides of Constitution Avenue between 15th and 17th streets in theory to separate the crowds from the parade participants, also multiple porta johns in place on the south side of Constitution Avenue just east of 17th Street (aka the Washington Monument Grounds). Would imagine the Police will be standing on Constitution Avenue in front of those bike racks to discourage fans from stepping on to the Avenue. Would also expect US Park Police to have their full contingent of Horse Mounted Officers escorting the buses/vehicles containing the players down the Avenue as they did when they came to the rescue of the Redskin's vehicles at Freedom Plaza back in the early 90s when the crowds overwhelmed the police motor escorts and stationary post officers at the time in front of the District Building. Weather looks like it's going to cooperate as well and in the 70s.
