WRT diving, first you have to be warned (which usually means it's habitual). Then put on list. Then fined, publicly.

Pretty crazy that he even gets a fine with Brown has done 3 knee to knees, and never been suspended for any of them because "he doesn't have a history" and he doesn't have a "history" because they won't punish him and the cycle repeats.
