Don’t you have some kids you need to run off your lawn?
It's a nickname that makes literally no sense unless you've seen a movie that was bad and which most people, quite justifiably, did not see. You're not referencing something like Indiana Jones that's a good movie and a legitimate cultural phenomenon- you're referencing "The Great Muppet Caper", which was as popular relative to the other movies released that year as Superbad was.

Not liking Superbad is understandable but I don't see how it's a stoner movie. I may be misremembering but I don't think pot is ever even refernced in it. Maybe the one party they end up at where they make Michael Cera song?

Mean Girls though is legit

Definitely not a stoner movie.

Also, Michael Cera is my gf’s cousin.

I want to disagree with raynman, but in disagreeing with criticism of Superbad he references a truly fantastic movie. And now I'm conflicted.

Pretty sure that most people who were born within about a 10-year timeframe (i.e. people who were 15-25 at the time) definitely saw Superbad at some point.

To me, the single best thing about Foegele's game is that he doesn't have to put up points to be an impact player. As long as he is a moose with limitless energy, he's effective. You need players like that to avoid long losing streaks. I've been cautiously optimistic about his game translating, but even the most optimistic among us - which I'm clearly not - couldn't have seen this level of production.

I’m not callin anyone daddy.

The nickname is fine, though it doesn’t really fit him other than his unfortunate actual name. I do nicknames on here when they’re easier to type, which Mclovin isn’t so I’ll probably just call him Foegs?

I’m a little annoyed that it seems my “brews for Hughes” may be not a thing this year, but I’ll get over it if we make the playoffs.
