gretzky + pretty much anyone over McDavid + anyone that isnt a high scoring hall of famer

Mcdavid is a great player and one day might be top 20-25 all time. Maybe even top 10-15. He isnt gretzky

I don't see it. HF posters think Sid is #5 all time, and McDavid looks like a better version of Crosby (without playoff success).

Sub Gretzky. He's a deal breaker.

If you want Gretzky on one side - you need Orr or Lemieux on the other side. Also should specify career, or just one year, as it makes a difference.
