You're assuming their intentions.
It wasnt just some woman alone at night, it was a security guard on duty.
I was listening to TSN1050 on the radio, and they were discussing the incident as if those intentions were confirmed.
If that's not the case, then I'm willing to admit my remarks are premature.
But her being a security guard changes nothing. Murdering a security guard is still murder. Harassing a security guard is still harassment. Even if those things are known to be job hazards, they're still illegal.
