You wouldn't even know about this if he weren't attending the Allstar. I guarantee there are plenty of other players receiving treatment for something minor.

Sounds like Dubas learned how to game the system well.
Should have kept Freddy from going as well somehow.

He's might be fine, maybe he'd rather not want to play in it to get extra rest imo. Its not uncommon, its a long season and the all star weekend lost its luster like the pro bowl. Guys to nurse injuries during the season so it could just be a mild wrist sprain too.

I'd rather the NHL cancel it and allow the players to play in the Olympics tbh.

Personally, I'd rather the NHL dumped the All-Star game AND the idea of NHLers playing for their country (or region) in any kind of international competitions.
