Malkin is what I hope Matthews becomes minus the injury concerns. He’s probably a better goalscorer then Malkin but needs to improve his playmaking ability to be considered near Malkin’s level. I think Malkin is more valuable for the next 3-5 years but then if you take age and contract situation AM would be more valuable

What's so ridiculous about the
Matthews vote? At this point in their careers the offence is close while Matthews is better defensively. He also doesn't benefit from playing behind the best Center and player in the league.
