He set a new points record in BC Major Midget this year as a 15 year old playing mostly against 16 and 17 year olds. He'll easily be on Canada-Pacific's U17 team and depending on Seattle's playoffs will challenge for a Canada U18 spot.

Really enjoyed listening into the T Birds audio feeds last year (although the time difference was a killer!.lol 5am finishes in the UK!) and throughout the year, Barzal`s arrival was often the topic in between periods.

So what does he bring?
Is he a play-maker, a scorer?
Could a first year player step straight into the WHL?
