i've seen him play a few times over the last couple of years. definitely one of the top goalies in the extraliga and i reckon he has a shot as the backup next season if we get rid of one of mrazek and howard. would take him over coreau from the little that i have seen of them.

Matej Machovsky made 51 saves for his first OHL win in an impressive fashion today. Maybe a goalie who will rise up the charts rapidly if he can challenge Brandon Foote to be the starter in Guelph.

I really liked Machovsky back then. Surprised he was never drafted. 51 saves was pretty Mrazek like, forgot about him more or less before seeing this thread.
