Yes.

ES P/GP over their ELCs:

Marner - 0.63
Point - 0.59
Rantanen - 0.55

Marner has also produced at the best rate on the PP of the 3, and has had the worst linemates of the 3. Don't let a team stat like PP opportunities skew your perception of the players.
You can't take one stat and push it at the be all end all just for your argument. You don't want to things to skew perception, but that's kind of what you're trying to do here so you can push the narrative that Marner is better. A better comparison would be to compare them the past 2 seasons, as they each made the playoffs during that time and had career years. Not making the playoffs negatively impact a players stats , so compare them at their best. As for line mate argument, Tavares is one of the very best centres in the game who elevated Marner by 25 points last season, he's hardly playing with chumps. Are you really going to ignore his importance on the PP playing with the likes of Matthews and Tavares? Looking at the stats down below, he's hardly shown to be significantly better than them, if anything it shows how close they all are. Which would leave me to my original point, Marner isn't really better than them.

ES Past 2 seasons

Marner
36 goals , 76 assists for 112 points in 164 games
Rantanen
32 goals , 71 assists for 103 points in 155 games
Point
45 goals , 62 assists for 107 points in 161 games
