Robertson moved into 7th for the highest goals per game % in OHL history. If he keeps this up that's likely where he'll finish.

Would need at least 63 goals if he plays the rest of the games to crack the top 6. 67 for 1st overall. Would need a ridiculous 21 goals in his last 12 games to do that.

Is this Abramov kid for real? I’ve never seen him play. Leading his garbage team in scoring by 35 points. That’s pretty tough to do on a team that can’t score. Shows he’s basically doing it on his own.

Not in bluechip or steal territory yet, but he has been amazing. The goal scoring has taken off mostly because he is shooting more.

He's Offensively gifted no doubt but he needs to work on his defensive game

Until that is sorted he's going to struggle to go up another level
Haven’t watched him.
At the draft, he was described as a bit greasy....is he playing that kinda game, too?

Hollowell is more greasy than Duszak imo, he likes to use his body a bit more and tends to hit with a bit of aggression

Neither guy is very sound defensively though, they struggle with defensive fundamentals, awareness, bigger bodies in high danger areas and along the boards on the cycle as well

Oops, thought you were talking about NickRob.
Last year in the playoffs, JoeyD played plenty physical for his size.

He's not as greasy as Hollowell though imo, he struggles dealing with size as well unfortunately

Robertson is a pitbull, just a greasy little pest
One of those guys you like because he's on your team

His goals per game has to be top5 (maybe even top3)

Geez the Marlies roster is looking real thin, time to restock the cupboards a bit ... Robertson will help. Woll and hopefully Scott can rebound are good starts, but it needs help
Robertson would likely get there too late to make an impact this year. The Petes are a top team in their conference and the Marlies may miss the playoffs at this rate. Next year he would have to return to the O as well.

Leafs will likely be active in the NCAA/European market to recoup some prospects which closer to the NHL, and have some guys outside of the NHL who will start coming in as well.

Dubas has a ton of picks, but mostly late rounders, which he can use to restock the prospect pool. Mostly just lacks bodies more than quality, even though there is not a ton of high end quality.

I agree that he's 20 years old. But he's also 4th in PPG in the NCAA in his rookie year and tops on his team. That is impressive.

He's actually second on his team in PPG.. but it's close between them.

Interesting to see the hype behind Tyler Madden, who was just the center piece in the Van/LA trade for Toffoli. Madden is just behind Abruzzese in PPG, though a draft year, and school year older than Abruzzese. It's hard to speculate what type of success these NCAA guys will have, but at least it's positive for us, that they have that kind of value.
