Why he has lost his place on Jokerit-Team? His stats the last years were pretty good.....

His strenght is in powerplay, has good shot. One weakness is that he is soft in own end. Jokerit hired Jere Karalahti and there was no room for him after that.

He is very tall (195cm) but doesn't use his size at all. Average skater,bad defensive game, takes a lot of unnecessary risks. Decent on the powerplay because of his heavy shot and decent passing game. Tries to too too much on the blueline at times.

Interesting situation since on any other SM-liiga team he would be one of the leading defensemen. A few seasons ago he led the league in goals by a defenseman. But the thing is that he needs a role where he gets pp time and gets time with the puck. Jokerit have better players to fill that need and he's not good enough defensively for a stay-at-home role. Hope he does well in Switzerland.

yeah thats true probably , but the salary level is so much higher in switzerland, so much more money there...... so i think he will be well paid.
