You're propably right... I realize Chipchura is bit of a reach, but I have a feeling Panthers are after centerman and Keenan would prefer this type of player (non-european, physical).

Alexandrov doesn't really strike me as the type of guy the Flames will go after. Quite unlikely IMO.

No way he is available at 24, optimistic as you may be. But he won't go at #6 either.

So many fans are salivating at the thought of Thelen dropping out of the top 10. I can't imagine him falling to #20.

Finally, Schremp as the 5th center in the draft seems unrealistic to me.

Well, I like that you took some risks. I think there are a few picks that just flat out couldn't happen (Smid at #6), but again, risk taking is good. Who wants to see the same old mock draft that has been posted 10,000 times in the past three weeks, anyway? Kudos to you, Marksman.

Maybe I'm overrating Smid, but I honestly think he is the second best dman available, after Barker, if you're looking two way defender type. Easily the one from Europe because he has physique and mean streak others (Meszaros Fransson Lyamin) lack and his main North American competition would be Thelen and Green.

In your case here (Mock) the Thrashers WILL take Thelen. You need to bring out a second version, because you did a poor job. Sorry to say that, but mabye it inspires you to do better in the future. Go for it.

Overall, I proved to be pretty bad drafter, just to point out I'm wasnt the only one, some comments:

Kvashinator12 - Schremp went even lower that I expected, 8 spots. You were right on the other points, even though Thelen didnt go as high many though.

Ansky1213, Barnaby3636 - Smid available at 24th, yeah right. He was 2nd defender picked just as I thought. Additionally Rangers picked Graham just as I predicted, just not on 1st round.

Flames Draft Watcher - you were absolutely correct, bad guess.

Flame-Star-Devil - see above.

King Henry I - Schremp actually ended up being 6th centerman chosen.

TomACE - Trashers did pass on Thelen.

In the end I dont know which draft was crazier... you cant imagine how happy I am Habs grabbing Chipchura.
