that's the knock people usually have against Ganger, by the way.
I believe those deficiencies apply to him more than it does Arcobello.
I can't believe after 8 games how hard people are still bashing the play of Arcobello.
He's done more for the team than you could hope for, plus an incredible faceoff percentage.
So many problems with the team and the play of Arcobello is NOT one of them. he's been one of the few big positives.
what trade value does Arcobello have at this point? Small sample size but is he comparable to Cory Conacher prior to being traded from the Lightning?

Pedigree is overrated. Results are all that matter. So far the results kick ass.
Just noticed something pretty wild while looking at behindthenet.
In 30 attempts, Arcobello is at 76.6% on defensive zone face-offs.
He has been impressive all year ,people ? his skating but he sure has hustle as well and does not look slow imo.

Not to crap on Gagner but I'd be incredibly disappointed in Eakins if he made Gagner 2C over Arcobella.
Does Gagner have ANY past experience playing wing? Where did this idea come from?
Struds thinks Gags should be moved back to 2C with Marco being moved to 4C, or perhaps being reassigned. I hope Eakins gives Arco at least a few games at 2C with Gagner on the wing.
Love itPerron RNH Eberle
Joensuu Arcobello Hemsky
Jones Gagner Yakupov
Gazdic Gordon Pitlick
Is probably what I'd roll with when Gagner and Joensuu are back and give the Gagner line the softer minutes.
