Here is the article from La Presse: Beware, French readers only.

Basically, he was arrested last January 25 in Mascouche (for drunk driving) and apparently he didn't want to blow in the alcohol meter. (I heard it on the radio today)

Will it affect his career with RDS? I hope not because he explains well everything with a large vocabulary repertoire.

you shouldn't refuse a breathalyzer test. if the guy was driving while intoxicated, then the guy is a *********.

HFBoards lawyers, what happens when you refuse a breathalyzer test? It's like admitting that you're drunk, no?

Basically.

But then again, it's been shown that breathalyzer are very unprecise. The relationship between blood alcohol and alcohol in your breath shows very high variability from one person to another.

If I know I'm OK, I'd rather ask for a blood test.

I think most of us could care less about his personal life.
This isn't the first time a player (former/active) gets arrested
It's not going to be the last time..
