penalty kill beasts. Had a counter attack and Marcus won the puck back in the offensive zone and played AJF free in prime scoring position

Many thanks. I'm watching Lulea. I know... I know... "why?" right? So that I watch Lundkvist and then be upset when he goes the pick after the Sabres draft in the third or fourth round. :P

Ah Luleå, we don't like them ;) Has a history of some "shady" business against us. Then this happened a few years back (ended his career) and it's been a complete war ever since. He got challenged for a fight in the next game but decided to do "the turtle" and made it even worse lol

It's now settled. Djurgården will face Linköping in the quarterfinals. Will be interesting to see if Marcus and his line can continue to play as well in the playoffs when it tend to get a little tougher.

Game 1 on Sunday 10am EST if anyone would be interested.

One assist in an easy 6-1 win. Played a big part in the third goal aswell. And to answer my previous question his line played a great game.

Third goal:

PM valet.

Couple of good chances for his line, one off his brother's stick and then one off his. Under 5 to go in the first OT.

Yeah, frustratring to not get one of those in the net last few minutes. 3rd time's a charm for Marcus brother? Missed two golden opportunities thus far. They were also split in the OT, AJF-Marcus-Daniel Brodin was the new formation

His line struck again, for Djurgarden's 2nd goal of the period and 2nd of the game. He picked up the 2nd assist on a goal by The Flow, primary going to his brother Johan.

Haha, yeah. Him. :D

Funny thing, I really pulled for Possler at the outset but his knee injury seemed to set him back, to the point the team seemed to write him off. I remember him and Olofsson on the same line at one point with MODO.

Yeah the knee injury really did set him back, then he had the broken foot/ankle last season + a lot of smaller injuries unfortunately.

That was a tremendous rush on the shift before Ljungh scored to tie it at 4. Watching him wind up beside the net and just fly there was one of those tingly moments when watching a prospect.

Not sure why Linkoping's coach is popping a gasket right now, his man popped The Flow in the mush with a buttend.

I'll take having him on the ice for that last minute rally to win and being a big part of the play, even if he comes away without a point.
