Kind of expected. Hopefully he can play as well as he's shown he's capable of.

Size matters in the playoffs. Take out Spurgeon. If Yeo doesn't, one of the opposing forwards the Wild play will.

Okay, must of missed that. What do you guys think is best, paired with Spurgeon or with Gilbert?

I'd love to see him paired up with Gilbert and hope they re-find that form that they had at the end of last year. That would actually provide a good second pairing behind Suter/Brodin.

If Gilber and Scandy can get their form back that would bode well for Yeo and all us Wild fans. They were great last year playing 30min games.

I like him, I hope he finds his legs and helps this team for a long time.

Size does matter. But so does the ability to play hockey at a semi high level. Give me the short guy that can actually play over Falk, Stoner, Clark or Prosser.

Stoner should sit based upon the fact that he thinks the puck is a hand grenade. And quite frankly, isn't that good defensively.

Honestly, I think Spurgeon is to valuable as an OFD to sit him. He's done just fine this yr. I like the lineup Jarick has.

We are playing the Hawks. We need Dmen who can skate. That means only one of Stoner and Falk in the line-up.

And Clark is just terrible and shouldn't be playing.

They lose nothing defensively by putting Scandella in there and it gives them a chance to see where he is at. I think this is partially about evaluating next years needs and not just beating the Hawks.

I just don't understand why, if we're throwing Scandella in right away, he was in Houston all year.
