Leafs: "Our PP is an embarrassment"
Penguins: "Hold our beer"
Laine: "AFK"
Leafs: "Our PP is an embarrassment"

The PP is absolutely loaded with talent having the main unit consist of Matthews, Marner, Tavares, Rielly, and Kadri. They were red hot to start the year but since December have been at the bottom of league, and their PP has fallen to 21st in the league.
There has been 0 changes to the PP outside of splitting them into two units for 2 games before putting things back. It's become predictable and is a massive flaw in the team heading into the playoffs. At what point are there changes made? Jim Hiller is in charge of the PP and last night after yet another disgusting PP this was the scene on the bench
What do people think about this?
Our PP is worse, trust meHabs PP has to be worst than the leafs by a mille
Over the entire season, sure, but over the last few months, I'm not sure. Both power plays suck, I know that much.Habs PP has to be worst than the leafs by a mille

Considering who they have on the PP? Yes it is.16 th in the league at 20%, yeah real disgusting

Huh? The Leafs are still near the top of the standings. A mediocre PP doesn't change that. You sound like the Toronto media tbh. People like Steve Simmons have made a career off of tabloid-like stuff like this. I can see a headline from him now; "the shanaplan is eroding". Fear mongering. It's amazing (and predictable) how the Shanaplan has begun eroding away since two years ago. It's going to continue. Success is not possible in this market.
Thanks for the math. But this isn't math class. The Leafs PP should be a lot better. The Habs have the excuse of not having a lot of fire power.15 are better, 15 are not
Just average .....
Remember when the Leafs were going to have a historic PP this season and break all kinds of records?
In fact, pretty sure the OP created that thread too!
Does this Leafs PP look like it could be the best ever?LMAO remember that thread about the Leafs having the BEST POWER PLAY OF ALL TIME.

Played Komarov over Kapanen and Johnsson in the playoffs last year
Again, thanks for the math lesson. No problem on the math. Looks like your and OP are in a panic. No need. ....
Enjoy your team. They’re young and going to improve in all areas of the game
During the month of October when Toronto was always scoring while on the power play any Leafs fans who said that did look correct for thinking that.I remember the thread on the main boards in the summer about how the Leafs were going to have the best powerplay of all time this year...
Lol! It’s even the same poster as the one who started this thread who asked if it could be the best ever.
Thinking that based on a one month sample size sounds like solid logic.During the month of October when Toronto was always scoring while on the power play any Leafs fans who said that did look correct for thinking that.

The same way Canucks fans deemed Pettersson to be better than Matthews and Marner combined just after him playing 1 NHL game.Thinking that based on a one month sample size sounds like solid logic.
