Benning and Wisebrod should allow their scouting department to do the jobs they’re hired for. They should not try to be scouts if they aren’t putting in the hours with eyes on players. We’ve seen that movie, and it’s a worse disaster than the “Towering Inferno”.Ah. Common sense. Did you argue that "common sense" dictates that Benning should have control over the scouts from the top down and influence on their picks with his scouting experience instead of giving Brackett the autonomy that he wanted?
