I can't understand why Westerlund always let play his small and crap ,,favourite'' Mäntylä in defense. And that in the 3rd line! Luoma is also much better and he only plays as 7th and reserve defender! Every time when Mäntylä is on the ice I am afraid because he make mistakes in nearly every shift!
Olli Malmivaara would be much better with his size of 198cm and a weight of 108 kg, especially for strong opponents like USA or Canada. And he also is the better offense player of this two, which you could saw on his excellent season with Saipa this year.
Who from the board would like to see Malmivaara play instead of Mäntylä?

I dunno, Malmivaara has a lot of potential, but seem to be a little lost in international events still. Safe pick would be Mäntylä, but i think Malmivaara has more upside.
