He'll work on it. :laughs:

At least he's ready and willing to throw down.

Price vs Subban might happen eventually!

Wow. I'm surprised they didn't shake hands before they skated away

OT: The PBruins really wear gold helmets?

That was somehow less embarrassing than his brother's first try at the fisticuffs...

He didn't land on his face.

The rest of the brawl leading up to it was a little better, but you have to hand it to the goalies. They understood at that point that they could add to the show.

The last P Bruins goalie fight I can recall involved Hannu Toivonen during the lockout. That donnybrook extended into the runway to the locker rooms.

edit: Providence Journal article I read after posting says Hannu/Budaj was 2006, not '04-'05

That would end badly. I hate the scabs as much as the next Bruin fan, but Price is one tough hombre, not many goalies in this league would want to wrangle with him.

Goalies do not normally fight and when they do it looks like an audition for DWTS. Too much gear on which is why, when they do decide to fight, they almost always skate the length of the ice to find another so encumbered.

Goalie fights are lame unless potvin or Roy is involved. Without real disdain, fighting is just dumb. Ex goon fights
