Making the Conference Final with 4 different teams?

After Philadelphia's comeback win over Boston, this marks the fourth time that Chris Pronger has made it to the Conference Final over the last decade; all with different franchises. Even more impressive is that he's been the #1 defenceman on the team arguably each time (the only one that's debatable is Anaheim with Niedermayer).

Have any other players in the post-expansion era made it to the final four with four different franchises?

Paul Coffey with Edmonton, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Philadelphia. He in fact made the finals with all four teams.

Martin Gelinas with Edmonton, Vancouver, Carolina, and Calgary. Again, he made the final with all four teams.

Mike Keane and Esa Tikkanen both with only three different franchises, but did it twice in two seperate stints with the Avalanche and Rangers respectively.

Mark Recchi would have qualified had his team not completed the collapse of the ages last night.

The obvious answer is Marian Hossa. To one-up Pronger, he's now done it three years in a row with three different teams. Also did it with Ottawa in 2003.

Niuwendyk won stanley cup with three different teams and missed this record with one round with Toronto in 04.

Gartner missed the record with one game with the Blues in 96.

Rob Blake just made it with three teams.

Zubov three teams.

Seems like this is a hard record although maybe not so important.
