I once started a thread here where everyone made their own all-time team, with a twist. I think it is time to do one again.
Ok, here are the parameters:
-You need to form a team with 12 forwards, 6 defenseman 1 goalie and 1 head coach. All together 20 people.
-You can choose to use players from Entry Draft onwards (-79) or before that. But the team can't have players who started their career before first Entry Draft and after first Entry Draft.
Example: Marcel Dionne and Raymond Bourque are not eligible for the same team. Also, the coach needs to have started NHL/WHA coaching career before/after first Entry Draft.
-WHA experience is also noted, meaning Gretzky and Messier will belong in the "before Entry Draft" group.
-Try to use players as strictly as possible in their own positions. If certain player is noted to be playing LW, please don't use him in RW position. But if you choose to have really old player who played Rover position, we will consider that as a C. (Although it isn't exactly the same)
