Like many have expected Magnus Arvedson has decided to retire and is now instead likely to be involved in Färjestad's youth development.
Magnus had this to say about his retirement:
"It is really sad," Arvedson says to newspaper Nya Wermlands-Tidningen and continues:
"Things looked good during the summer training. I was really motivated and in good shape when I injured my back. Now I have not been able to train or play for a month and a half. I was mentally prepared that I had played my last game."
Magnus was a vital piece of the Hawks rebuilding and playoff drive last year. We wish him well in his future endevours.
