I don't think he has any reason to put Philly on there. With Carter Hart they're not in the market for a $7m goalie.

No point in putting teams like Winnipeg that would never trade for MAF on the list.

I mean you can say the same for someone like arizona who is looking to firesale big contracts at this point and already have a goalie in kuemper and/or raanta to fall back on and certainly wouldn't be looking to get worse in goal AND add his large salary. arizona would need to dump raanta at full cap hit for a pick, which probably wouldn't be great, then take on fleury at 50% maybe with a pick attached for a lower pick going out.

could happen to keep arizona flat with maybe a little savings but does little to help their larger internal salary shed

I think fleury still puts teams on the list where he just wouldn't want to live or play regardless if the other team would have no intention of trading for him
