This kid can play physical and top end skill. He will be a top prospect for 2021. Watched him dominate Canada Games and his AAA games in Chateauguay. Enjoy watching this kid play the game.

Very impressed with his start this year. Has been put in a position to produce with Pelletier and Khovanov and probably won't look back. Has a very nice skillset.

He plays on the third line now. They’re trying to spread the offence out a bit more.

He’s been very impressive so far.

Somewhere in Quebec.
Does what’s asked of him, great attitude and a very hard worker. Doesn’t back down, isn’t phased easily, plays on the edge, competitive. Deceptively skilled, underrated passing and is still developing his scoring ability. In the midst of an upward progression, he hasn’t stopped getting better since his first year Bantam. Hes built like a truck and is a great skater, goes to the dirty areas and leads by example. Handles adversity well, was blocked by HQ from playing Midget AAA at 14, broke his foot that year and had a nice bounce back last year.

I have nothing but good things to say about him, he will play in the National Hockey League for a very long time.

Eh fail to see how the deal gets done without him unless it is Desnoyers and handfuls of 1st round picks. Still expecting to see L'Heureux involved even if it happens at the draft or something.

It’s been said that McIsaac would only accept a trade to Moncton and nowhere else. That may have tied Halifax’s hands.

....Add in Groulx and the price is still going to be extremely steep even if you assume McIsaac came at a slight discount. There is just no way the trade doesn't take a big chunk out of Monctons futures.

I also heard Moncton wouldn’t trade him.

Even if they did, you’d expect him to carry the same value as Joe Veleno did when he was traded (3 1sts and 2 2nds) especially since he’s a year younger than when Veleno was traded. He’s got 31 points in 25 games. He’s arguably playing better now without Pelletier and Khovanov than he did with them.

There is a rumour he is going to be traded to Halifax this week, to complete a trade deadline deal with Moncton
That was the expectation since it happened. Halifax will be sending draft picks they got at the deadline back. Not sure how the season ending early changes things, if any.
