Uhhh, what? Bratt looks pretty fit there. Maybe not like bodybuilder cut, but he's probably at like 10% bodyfat or lower judging by that pic. Zacha looks a bit pudgy there though that's for sure, and so does the senorita.

Zacha's belly is hanging over his shorts...10% is the magic 6 pack number...the only 6 those two are seeing is Budweiser.

Zacha's belly is hanging over his shorts...10% is the magic 6 pack number...the only 6 those two are seeing is Budweiser.

I agree that Zacha isn't, but Bratt is right there. You don't always see a 6 pack unless you get to like 8%, and even then you usually have to flex and not have a stomach full of water or alcohol. Bratt has some visible definition in his arms, his delts are popping a bit, and you won't see that unless you're right around 10% body fat. Zacha on the other hand is probably at like 18%
