He still has the same upside as before. He still has 60 point upside. He still was a top SHL scorer at age 20.

If you watched, you saw him adapting to the smaller rink. At the NHL level, you saw him do a lot of those little things right that Swedish players are often known for. He fit with Patrick and Voracek very well and they created lots of chances, but did not bury as many as they could have.

But what has changed, is the addition of JVR. That could bump him off that line and onto the 3rd line which obviously will lower his point totals. Especially until Frost comes in and starts producing. Once that happens, we could finally have 3 lines producing.

Regardless, the Flyers LW is WAY better this coming year vs last year so that's a good thing.

He really was just a little snakebitten. He had the 2nd highest HDCF% on team (54.46%).

Lindblom passes the eye test that is for sure. You give him another season and I am sure the puck will start going in the back of the net. A cost controlled top 9 player that can play the 2pp isn't a bad player to have.

He is a 2 way forward that will only get better with age and time. Also TOI.

He's doing as much as he can considering he plays for a coach that employs a system that makes it as difficult as humanly possible to score a goal. Feel sorry for him, and every other Flyer.
